What is it all about?
In the dynamic and demanding world of entrepreneurship, every decision taken has the power to shape a company’s future. However, these decisions are never purely rational. Emotions, whether conscious or unconscious, play a crucial role in this process and also influence the way we communicate, particularly when dealing with delicate situations.
Learning to harness these emotions is an invaluable asset for effective communication and informed decision-making, even in the face of uncertainty. Recognising the potential of emotions in our day-to-day decisions is a vital tool for maintaining our balance in unstable situations.

Acting with your emotions to make better decisions, manage stress and deal with change more effectively.
