We are committed to preparing dishes using short-chain products that are 80% local. In this way, we want to restore value to the product, promote Belgian regional products, and pay farmers fair prices.
We work on our products respectfully and according to a zero-waste philosophy in order to limit food waste. In this manner, we use our creativity to cook with those products that others might throw away.
