The idea of ooofer was born in 2020. Clément Dagneaux, Édouard Hurt and Simon Dagneaux, who had been home-working for almost a year, were confronted with the discomfort of what was slowly becoming a new work habit. They had a vision: to meet the growing demand for creative, flexible and accessible workplaces by leveraging uniquely designed spaces in hotels where service is a keyword.
For ooofer, rethinking the world of high-end hospitality by making it accessible to remote workers is a no-brainer.
Going beyond the notion of coworking
Ooofer is an app that provides workplaces in the most inspiring hotels across Belgium and its neighboring countries. This app is intended for those who want a change of scenery, to escape the monotony of working at home, to get away from the hustle and bustle of a noisy cafe, or simply to save on the costs of renting a coworking space.
But ooofer is also a privileged access to all the spaces and services of partner hotels: bars, restaurants, spa, gym, meeting rooms and rooms. And all this at special rates only available to the community of members.
Workspitality
ooofer is the perfect match between the world of remote work and the world of high-end hotels. Everyone loves the feeling of arriving at their favorite hotel on vacation, of being taken care of by the teams on site, of being pampered. This notion of comfort and service that only the hospitality world is able to offer. ooofer is the promise to enjoy this feeling all year long close to home while working in a reassuring atmosphere and in an ever more friendly environment.
ooofer is designed for freelancers, but also for companies, small or large. Its flexible and affordable subscription can easily be combined with another work solution such as an office or a home-office. A free but limited freemium offer gives access to 2 coworking sessions per month.
Work-life balance
When the lines between work and home become blurred, it is important to be aware of this and to find a neutral place where you can settle down to work and recharge your batteries.
In the wake of the Great Resignation coming from the United States and the will of many employees to do a job in harmony with their values, finding meaning in one’s activity and a good balance between professional and private life becomes essential. ooofer is a turnkey solution for all those eager for change. Atypical places in the most inspiring hotels, shared workspaces but also access to meeting rooms, catering and wellness and sport facilities at unique conditions, reserved for members of the community.
The key word here is “freedom”. Working from where you want, when you want, putting down your computer for a dip or a sport session to boost your productivity, that’s also the ooofer spirit.
Ooofer offers today more than 100 places to work in its selection of about 50 hotels. From boutique hotels to concept hotels, from Design Hotels to Relais & Châteaux, thanks to ooofer, you have access to a selection of high-end hotels adapted to work.
To name but a few, you will find must-see addresses such as The Hotel and Indigo in Brussels, Franq and YUST in Antwerp, Pillows and 1898 The Post in Ghent, Château de Vignée in the Ardennes, Roomers, Lindenberg in Germany, MOB House and all the hotels of the Orso group in Paris.
The list is as long as it is surprising and is growing every week, as ooofer aims to quickly expand throughout Europe! So, are you ready to join the work revolution?
