Founded in 1986 and taken over by Maxime Pliester in 2011, Concept Chocolate is an artisanal chocolate shop in Brussels located in the heart of Schaerbeek. With nearly 40 years of history, it has established itself as a leading name in the Belgian chocolate experience, holding Gault&Millau, Cacao-Trace, and Green Key certifications, as well as the “I Love Belgian Chocolate” label.
Our core business: designing chocolate custom experiences for groups of 2 to 80 people in our Schaerbeek workshop, and for up to 500 people at off-site locations. We primarily work with corporate groups, tourism agencies, schools, and tour guides in the Brussels-Capital Region.
Our offerings cover a wide range: guided tours of the chocolate shop, praline-making workshops, themed beer & chocolate or wine & cheese & chocolate tastings, private events, and custom B2B orders—including custom-shaped pralines and mini chocolates for corporate events.
